I can't open my myMPTC account. What am I doing wrong?

If you try to open your account using the online webform, you may get the following error message:


Cause: The system can't verify the information you put in.

This could be due to:

  • Incorrect spelling (by user or in the database)
  • Use of nickname, i.e. "Johnny" instead of "John"
  • Incorrect birthday in database
  • User may not have been "provisioned" correctly, i.e. data is not available in one or more of the necessary systems.

Please call the Technology Help Line at extension 4357 (on campus) or at 920-924-3481 (off campus) to help you resolve the issue.
